FITNESS THAT FITS FAMILY LIFE
COACHING FOR BUSY DADS
Being a good father asks a lot of you. Coach Ilz helps busy dads rebuild strength, reduce body fat and create dependable habits without disappearing into the gym or following a plan their family cannot live with.
Strength Built for Real Life
Train to lift, carry, play and move with confidence, not simply chase numbers in the gym.

THE FATHERHOOD RESET
Build yourself without stepping away from the people who need you.

When You Keep Coming Last
When work, commutes, family duties and broken routines fill the week, your own health is usually the first thing pushed aside. The result is predictable: less energy, less confidence and a body that feels older than it should. This programme starts by making your health manageable again.

Why Generic Plans Fail Dads
Most fitness plans are written for people with empty calendars. They demand perfect weeks, separate meals and endless motivation. Coach Ilz builds around school runs, late meetings, family dinners and unpredictable days so the plan survives real life.

Training With a Full Calendar
You do not need to live in the gym. Your sessions focus on the movements that deliver the most return, with a realistic weekly target and shorter options for chaotic days. Progress comes from a plan you can repeat, not heroic bursts you cannot maintain.

Meals That Work for Everyone
You will not need a separate diet while everyone else eats normally. Coach Ilz teaches flexible portions, protein-first choices and simple swaps that fit family meals, work lunches and weekends out.

Standards for Home Life
Children notice what adults repeat. Looking after your health is not selfish. It shows your family what strength, discipline and self-respect look like in practice. The goal is not perfection. It is becoming a more energetic, confident and dependable version of yourself.
THE FIT FATHERS METHOD
A practical path from constantly tired to consistently capable.

Know Your Starting Point
We begin with your schedule, training history, energy, eating habits and the pressure points that usually knock you off track. The plan must fit the father you are today.
STEP 1
Build a Minimum Routine
Choose a realistic number of sessions and a backup version for difficult weeks. Your routine should be strong enough to create progress and simple enough to survive family life.
STEP 2
Strength Comes First
Use progressive strength training to rebuild muscle, improve movement and make everyday tasks feel easier. Fitness should make you more capable outside the gym.
STEP 3
Make Food Predictable
Create a handful of reliable breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snack options. Simple structure makes body-fat loss and better energy far easier to maintain.
STEP 4
Protect Energy and Recovery
Training is only useful when you can recover from it. We manage volume, daily movement, sleep habits and stress so the plan gives you energy instead of draining what little you have.
STEP 5
Adapt, Do Not Abandon
Illness, travel, deadlines and family emergencies will happen. We adjust the week, keep a minimum standard and return to the full plan without guilt or starting again.
Get Fitter Without Putting Family Life on Hold
Being a dad comes with competing demands, but your health still matters. Fit Fathers coaching helps you build strength, improve fitness and create sustainable habits around work, family and everyday life, without extreme diets or unrealistic training schedules.
